Client Accounts Admin User access

The Client Account Admin user type will have the same privileges as the client user type but with added privileges.

Accounts

The Client Account Admin can access the "Accounts" menu option on their dashboard. While editing an account, they can view key details such as the legal name, display name, and Connect balance. However, these details cannot be edited. For any assistance, please contact support@causematch.com. Additionally, Client Account Admin users have full access to manage account gateway configurations, including the ability to create, update, and delete settings for Stripe and Chariot Connect.

How to edit account?

Step 1: Log in to the Dashboard: Once logged in, click on "Accounts" on the side menu.



Step 2: Editing the account: Click the pencil icon (edit button). This will take you to the account edit section.




Step 3: Account details: The Client admin user can view the account's display name, legal name, and available Connect balance, but will not have the ability to edit these details.



Step 4: Account Gateways: Choose "Add gateway" to add a new gateway. A list of available gateways will be displayed. Once you've chosen a gateway, a popup will prompt you to enter the gateway details. You can also refer to articles on how to configure the selected gateway from within the popup. After entering all required details and currencies, click "Create" to finalize the gateway. The newly created gateway will then be displayed in the "Account Gateways" section.

For Stripe, you will have the option to use Stripe Connect to add a new Stripe account to the page. Stripe can only be configured manually (by adding the Stripe account ID) if that Stripe account has previously been used on a CauseMatch page.



You can choose the currencies needed for the gateway and the allowed payment options
