About Achisomoch
AAC is the biggest British charity voucher company enabling donations to be distributed with ease and efficiency to any charity of a donor's choice. Gift Aid (tax rebates on donations) is claimed by AAC and added to the donor's account, meaning the tax implications of each individual donation are already taken care of.
The charity account lets donors manage all of their donations to charity in one place, and works very like a bank account.
The donor can use his account to donate directly to charities all over the world and receive a service similar to a bank account: checkbooks, regular statements, online access, option to make online charity donations, interactive queries, low balance messages by SMS or email, and a helpline.
Having AAC on your campaign page will motivate donors who have an account with them to donate to your campaign.
For non-UK Organizations
- AAC is mainly for UK organizations. If you are not a UK organization, you can apply to create an account with AAC, but AAC reserves the right to accept or decline your application.
- AAC will provide an indirect link that will be added to your campaign page, and you will have to add donations manually as Offline donations.
Process
Before Campaign- Complete the following form (which also includes further information about the service): bit.ly/aac-cm
To get the approval in time, make sure to apply three weeks before the campaign! - The Achisomoch compliance team will be in touch with you to confirm your acceptance.
- Once accepted by Achisomoch, Achisomoch will send CauseMatch the information required, and CauseMatch will add AAC to your campaign page.
How to add Achisomoch to CauseMatch page
1. Navigate to your Account
4. A list of gateways will come up.
Choose Achisomoch from the bottom of the list.
5.Gateway setup name can be titled ‘ CauseMatch {{campaign name}}”
The ID and Hash Key you will receive from Achisomoch
You choose the one you want to edit and click on step 3: checkout
You click: Add Currency and choose GBP from the list
Achisomoch will transfer the money to your bank account. Please contact them for further details and questions.
Important notes
- Already have an account with Achisomoch? Integration is required. Therefore you still need to follow the process below.
- The processing time is 15 business days.
- It takes about two weeks to
receive the funds from AAC. Please keep this in mind.
- AAC
is a completely separate organization to CauseMatch and the agreement
is directly with them. However, We at CauseMatch are happy to advise and
assist.
