Adding Offline Donations


  1. Login to your account using the username and password shared with you.


  1. Click on 'Campaigns' under that click on ‘Donations’ and select ‘All Donations’.



  1. Please click on the ‘Add Offline Donation’ Button.



  1. Click on the dropdown menu and select the campaign to which you want to add the offline donation.



  1. Fill the required fields and click "Submit" to add the offline donation.
1. Select the correct currency from the dropdown (if the campaign has more than one currency).

2. Enter the donation amount (decimal places and commas are not supported).

3. Select the 'Team' if any, under which the donation has to be added.

4. Enter the first and last name of the donor.

5. Enter the email address of the donor.

6. Enable this checkbox only if a donation receipt is not to be sent to the email id entered.

7. Add the address of the donor, if any.

8. You can change the payment mode to 'Recurring months', if the donation is meant to be a monthly donation and you can add the number of months in the column which appears below .

9. Select the 'Giving Option/Perk' if any, under which the donation has to be added.

10. Enable this to make the Donor name anonymous in the campaign page. No one other than the organizers and ambassadors will be able to see the donor details.

11. Add the phone number of the donor, if any.

12. Enter the comment for the donation, if any.

13. Enter internal notes for the donation, if any such as personal comments. These notes are only visible on the dashboard or in exports.

14. Enable the checkbox 'Rescued Donation', then the offline donation added will be shown under the Rescued donations tab. 

15. Enable the checkbox 'Hide Donation Amount', if you don't want the offline donation amount to be seen under the donors tab on the campaign page. 

Click on ‘Submit' to add the offline donation. If you have to add more donations, please click on 'Submit & Add Another’.
