Finding Ambassadors and sorting them using filters.
This feature will allow you to search for Ambassadors in a campaign and many more details about them from the Analytics tab on the left. The options are in detail below:-
Steps to follow:
Step 1:- Please log into the dashboard and click on the dropdown of the Analytics button on the left and select Donation Analytics.
Step 2:- Please select the campaign from the dropdown as shown in the below graphic.
Step 3:- Please scroll down to the bottom section and click on ambassadors, it would now display the Ambassadors data as shown in the below picture.
Step 4:- The easiest step to find an ambassador will be via the search button. Also, you can sort the ambassadors by Oldest and Recent as shown in the picture below.
Step 5:- You can find an ambassador or multiple ambassadors by "Percentage of Success" toggle button. Please select the Progress percentage from the slider i.e suppose you want the ambassadors whose progress is 20% to 40%, then select the lowest and highest values in the slider, click on the checkbox and click on Apply.
After you got the required results, click on the "Reset" button to reset the process.
Step 6:- There is another way to search for Ambassadors i.e "Maximum # of donations". Suppose, you want the list of ambassadors who had maximum 10 donations, please put the number 10 in the box and click on Apply as shown in the below picture.
Whatever step you choose to search for Ambassadors, click the Apply button every time for the steps to act properly.
Please Note : All Data shown (Amount raised, Single, recurring & installment stats, Gateway, offline & API stats, Donation information stats for different pages and Donation distribution stats is unmatched, if matching is enabled only Campaign Status and Ambassador data will contain matched data.

The data segments marked in red will be the unmatched amounts and the once marked in blue will be the matched amounts.
The donation information stats for the layer pages in the top section would be the unmatched amounts, and the bottom section Layer stats would be based on matched amounts as the layer item goals are entered as matched if the campaign has matching.
