Overview

Peer-to-peer THRIVES off of our ambassadors and advocates! But while you have been preparing for your campaign for weeks (or even months), your ambassadors are being invited to join between a few days to a week before the campaign to keep momentum high. That means there is a lot of catching up to do! If they are going to be effective in sharing your campaign to their friends and family with the right messaging, we want to share everything we can with them to get started. 

Handbook

CauseMatch's team has put together an ambassador handbook-- which includes a lot of tools including templates for calling, texting and emailing. It also has a FAQ, Memory jogger, and tutorial for those who want to log in and edit their own pages. We recommend this for a first-time campaign or for team leaders.

1-Pager

For most ambassadors who are volunteering to help by reaching out to their network, they just need the details on where to sign up and what to say to their friends & family in order to advocate for your organization's mission! HERE is the 1-page template, that helps you get started.

Social Media Posts

Many ambassadors want to post on their Status (Whatsapp, Instagram, and Facebook) in addition to classic posts. We recommend you use our Social Media/progress graphics that you can find in our CauseMatch-Canva Design Templates HERE. You can also find simple, premade progress graphics HERE, though we highly recommend you only use them as an example.

Tips

  1. Remember to share the ambassador materials as a 'view-only' link OR PDF.
  2. Check all the hyperlinks to make sure the work and go to the right place!
  3. Same with the QR codes (you can generate them for free on Canva or HERE).
  4. Rule of thumb: it should be easy to "scan" and get the gist of your campaign's goal.
