For Existing Banquest Customers:

Tell your Banquest contact that you are setting up a CauseMatch campaign, so they can send the information we need to integrate with.


Please let your Customer Success Manager know when you are set up with Banquest or if you are planning to set up a Banquest account. Your Customer Success Manager will also get in touch with Banquest team to share campaign details & get the following integration keys:
  1. API Source Key
  2. API PIN (Optional)
  3. Tokenization Public Key

Once ready, our support team will run a test donation to ensure the set up is working. 

For NEW Banquest Customers:

Let our Customer Success Manager know you will be opening an account and reach out to VIP of Customer Services at support@banquest.com to continue the set-up process.  


Banquest is for USD only. Our integration does not support multiple currencies.
