Campaign Emails

Campaign Emails

Overview

There are nine different emails that need to be sent out at different points of the campaign. We strongly recommend that you appoint someone to be responsible for that throughout the campaign.

Best Practices

  1. Emails that are formatted as HTML have been proven to be far less effective in collecting donations.
  1. If emails look personal - without heavy design - they are more likely to end up read and more likely to result in donations.
  1. We recommend that you advertise the campaign a few days before through emails or social media.
  1. There is an email to be used to advertise 24-48 hours before. Please take note of the differences between these two emails.
  1. You Hard Launch email will announce the campaign while we have provided you with three additional emails you can use to update your audience and continue asking for donations. The more you ask, the more you will receive!
  1. Please do NOT forget to send the Thank You email at the end of the campaign.
