CashApp

CashApp

We are excited to shared about the release of one more payment method- CashApp, which is now integrated into our platform. Hopefully, this helps make the donations transaction more seamless for your US based donors.

NOTE:
  1. It is only available for USD currency, is only supported with Stripe transactions.

  2. Also CashApp is not enabled by default on your Stripe account, so those who want to make use of this please make sure to have it enabled or to communicate this to their corresponding Campaign Success manager so they can assist as needed.
  1. Given the above is taken care of, to enable this on the dashboard under Finance Tab,  please make sure to check with your Campaign success manager or CauseMatch support team, to enable this from Admin dashboard anytime; As we know, the Finance section is also available in client dashboard, only until before the page is published.

  2. You are responsible to test donate via Cash App from your end, also to ensure this test donation reflects on your account.
*This is to ensure the integration has worked as intended for your Campaign page. Once test donation is done, please share the donation details via this
Donation Edit Form. Our support team will take it from there to refund the test donation amount as well as to delete it from the page.

  3. This is available for both Campaign and Donate Pages and  the setup for Donate pages is the same as that of Campaigns, and is briefed below.
