Accessing Donation Edit Form & Knowledge Base

Yes, you heard it right!

Now you can find the most important form -Donation Edit form & even the entire Knowledge base(KB), within your dashboard and easily accessible when logged in. Need to go look for external links when in need.

Please see below, to understand where you locate these, while logged in to your dashboard.

1. Donation Edit form:

i. When you are logged in to your CauseMatch dashboard, Go to All donations(Under Donations Tab) on your left side panel.

ii. Then you can see the Donation Edit form, available on right side top of the screen, right above the donations list. Click on the form to access it & to proceed sharing Donation edits request.

2. Knowledge Base(KB)- Directory of all articles

Knowledge Base if further up on the top of the right side of the screen.

You can access this Knowledge base, from all tabs, no matter whether you are in Campaign view or All donations or Home, but it is accessible from all views of your dashboard, when you are logged in.
