Editing Settings tab of the campaign.
The "Settings" tab allows you to customize the key aspects of your campaign. On this tab, you can access and modify the basic and advanced settings of your campaign.
Accessing the Settings Tab
To begin editing your campaign:
Log in to the Dashboard: Once logged in, you’ll see a list of your campaigns.
Select Your Campaign: Locate the campaign you wish to edit and click the pencil icon (edit button) beside it. This will direct you to the campaign's editing interface.
Navigate to the Settings Tab: Within the editing interface, the first and foremost tab is the “Settings” tab.
Editing Basic Settings of your campaign
The "Settings" tab allows you to customize the key aspects of your campaign. The following options are available for modification:
- Campaign Name: Update the title of your campaign page as required.
- Page Link: Personalize the URL of your campaign page. Example: https://causematch.com/xxxxxxx
- Campaign Goal and Currency: Set, edit, or update your campaign goal currency from the dropdown menu and enter the desired amount in the adjacent field.
- Matching Ratio: For campaigns with matching, you have the flexibility to select your matching ratio for the campaign page. Available options include x2, x3, x4, and 1.5x.
- Remove the match once the campaign goal is reached: Enable this checkbox to automatically disable matching once the campaign goal is reached.
- Confetti: Choose from this dropdown when you want to enable confetti on the campaign page. The available options are:
a) Never
b) Goal Reached
c) Campaign clock runs out
d) Bonus goal reached
e) Second bonus goal reached
f) Activate now - Bonus Goal: Activate the toggle button to configure a bonus round. Specify the bonus round amount and matching ratio, similar to how the primary campaign goal is established. Ensure that the amount reflects the bonus round exclusively. An option for a second bonus round is also available.
- Time: This section allows you to configure the start date, start time, end date, end time, and time zone for your campaign. After setting these details, the clock on your campaign page will display a countdown, showing the time remaining until the end date and time.
Editing Advanced Settings of your campaign
Advanced settings are additional configuration options that allow you to fine-tune various aspects of your campaign beyond the basic settings. Advanced settings can be accessed by clicking the gear icon next to the language and currency dropdown. This will open a pop-up window where you can further refine your campaign.
These options include:
- Campaign Settings: Clicking on the "Campaign Settings" button will open a pop-up. Here, you can adjust the following:
a. Set, remove, or update your page password. To secure your page, enable the toggle button to set a password. Disable the password to make the page publicly accessible.
- Page Settings: Clicking on the "Page Settings" button will direct you to the corresponding area within the same pop-up. Here, you can adjust the following:
a. Page Name: Use this field for internal or CauseMatch identification purposes.
b. Page Language: Select the language for your page from the dropdown menu.
c. Organization Name: Input your official organization name in the designated field.
- SEO and Tracking: Set up search engine optimization (SEO) details and integrate tracking codes, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel, to monitor and analyze the performance of your campaign. In this section, you can edit the following:
a. SEO Title: This is the title that appears when the campaign link is shared on social media. Updates can be made as needed.
b. SEO Description: This description, which is limited to 150 characters, appears when the campaign link is shared on social media platforms.
c. Tracking: Integrate tracking codes such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads Remarketing, and Conversion Tags by enabling the appropriate toggle button.
Additional Pages
To add more pages to your campaign, click the language and currency dropdown located just below the "Settings" tab and select "+ Add Page."
Save and Preview
After making all your edits, it’s crucial to save your changes to ensure they reflect on your campaign page. To see how your changes will appear live, use the "Preview" button located on the right side of the screen. This feature allows you to review your campaign’s design and content before it goes public.
