GROW and CauseMatch

CauseMatch is integrated with Grow’s Clearing Consortium (מאגד סליקה), which means you don’t have to have an existing Credit Card provider (ספק אשראי).


You will be able to receive full transaction reports, edit donations, and auto-send receipts through this interface, which is user-friendly and has been proven as very efficient during fundraising campaigns.

There’s an additional charge of 1₪ for each transaction.


Setting up the terminal: a one-time payment of 399₪.


Billing track including invoices, "No Clearance, No Payment":

1₪ to 5,000₪ - 1.4%

5,001₪ to 20,000₪ - 1.2%

20,001₪ to 150,000₪ - 1%

150,001₪ and above - 0.95%

Processing donations made on a Diners card involves an additional 0.5%.


Processing BIT donations:

1₪ to 5,000₪ - 1.4%

5,001₪ to 500,000₪ - 1.2%



Notes
Donations through GROW require entering an Israeli ID number, donations can't be made on non-Israeli phone numbers and non- Israeli credit cards.

Warning
There is no option to accept non-NIS ₪ payments through GROW

Please note: the maximum amount for a single donation by credit card is 20,000₪. The maximum by Bit is 5,000₪.

Your bank account will be credited on the 10th of the month with the funds of the previous month.

The credit fee is 16.90₪ (no charge for transfers of over 5,000₪).

Instructions:
1. Telephone number must be an Israeli number which can receive SMS messages, without spaces or punctuation. Eg 051234567
2. Immediately after filling in the first form, GROW will send an additional form by SMS to provide more details.
3. GROW will be in touch with the organization signatories who were listed in the second form to arrange a verification meeting by Zoom.
4. Once the account is approved and opened by GROW , they will send you login information to their dashboard and they will send CauseMatch connection details to your account for use in your campaign/donate page.
5. You will need to set up automatic receipts within the GROW dashboard. If you are eligible to issue tax-deductible receipts under code 46, please ensure this is specified on the receipts. GROW Support can help with this.
