How to move a donation to a team/community

  1. Once you log in to the dashboard, go to "Campaigns", then  "Donations" on the left-hand side and click on "All Donations" as shown below.



  2. This will take you to a new page, from the "Select Campaign" dropdown select the campaign to which the donation was made as shown below.



  3. Once this is completed the next step is to find the donation. You can search the donation with the email, name, or ID. Once you find the donation click on the edit button(pencil button) at the right end.



  4. You can select the team/community from the Layer Item dropdown. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.



  5. Once this is done, click on the "Save" button at the bottom to save the changes.
