Overview

If you or any of your potential donors make use of internet filters or internet filtering software either on your computer or mobile phone, then these filters could affect the campaign page and cause problems with donations.

CauseMatch recommends that you contact all major internet filter companies that are active in your country (Israel, USA, or the UK) and make sure that they approve both the campaign page and the checkout page.

You can use this email template to send to Internet filters that you or your donors use to get your page "whitelisted". However, please note, internet filtering companies usually require that THEIR CLIENTS contact them and not the organization.


Please note: BOTH the campaign page and the checkout page need to be approved by the internet filter company.
