Ambassador Bonus Goals

Ambassador Bonus Goals

Here is more about our Major Update: We now have Layer item bonus goal feature implemented on our platform, which is very similar to how we have a campaign bonus goal. When a layer item have entered Bonus Goal, it means that the original goal was reached already and is now running towards the bonus goal amount that is set for that specific layer item.

How to enable it on Dashboard?

1. In the Peer-To-Peer dashboard, the layer item form was updated to include an option for a bonus goal.

1. i. Initially when trying to add any layer-item,  the “Enable bonus goal” toggle button would be disabled in the popup and when any amount is entered to the “Goal” field, the toggle button will be active and now the user will be able to enable or disable it.

1. ii. When the “Enable bonus goal” toggle button is enabled, “Bonus Goal” field would be displayed where the user can add the Bonus goal amount for the layer-item.

NOTE : The “Bonus Goal” field would be disabled when auto-calculate is on and will be hidden when the bonus goal toggle button is off.

2. For a parent layer item, consider these cases:

2.i. When the Bonus goal toggle is ON:

2.i.a.  If auto-calculate is on, the bonus goal amount will include its children’s bonus goal amounts. A child layer item bonus goal amount will only be added if the child layer item bonus goal was entered.
The calculated bonus goal will be displayed in the popup as a preview.

2.i.b. If auto-calculate is off, the bonus goal amount field would be open for editing.

2.ii. When the Bonus goal toggle is OFF:

2.ii.a. If auto-calculate is on, the parent layer item’s main goal amount (not bonus) will include its children’s bonus goal amounts. A child layer item bonus goal amount will only be added if the child layer item bonus goal was entered.

3. Layer-item progress bar has been updated on the Analytics dashboard and Peer-To-Peer dashboard to show the bonus goal once it is entered:

3.i. The bar would change color from blue to orange (gradient).

3.ii. The progress bar itself will show the progress towards the bonus goal (bonus goal amount + original goal amount).

3.iii. The progress percentage shown would be in relation to the original goal, not the bonus goal.

3.iv. A tooltip has been added that says “Bonus Goal!” on hover.

See below images, to refer how these changes looks like on dashboard view:

3.iv.a. Peer-To-Peer Dashboard:

3.iv.b. Analytics Dashboard:

4. The Layer-items export would have two new columns: ‘Bonus Goal Enabled’ and ‘Bonus Goal’. If the bonus goal is enabled, the ‘Bonus Goal Enabled’ column would show TRUE or else it would be empty.

5. From now on the import will support bonus goal as well.
Two new columns are added to the import file: ‘Bonus Goal Enabled’ and ‘Bonus Goal’. With the import file:

5.i. The user will be able to set the bonus goal without activating it.

5.ii. The user won’t be able to activate the bonus goal if the goal and/or bonus goal are empty or 0.

5.iii. To activate the bonus goal from the import, the user will have to add the string “TRUE” to the cell in the 'Bonus Goal Enabled' column of the layer item import.

NOTE: If you wish to bulk import later items with bonus goal details, please reach out to your Campaign Manager or our support team, who can assist you with the Bulk import format.

How its works on Campaign Page?

A. Once Bonus goal is entered the layer item tile and selected layer item popup will be updated.

A.i. The progress bar would show the percentage based on the original goal.

A.ii. The layer item tile would have an orange box shadow on hover.

A.iii. The extended selected layer item popup would also show the original goal below the bonus goal.
*The mobile version of the popup will have the “Bonus Goal!” label in the middle and not near the corner as seen for desktop versions (refer to the screenshots below).

B. The layer item details bar will also reflect the bonus goal (when entered):

B.i. The bonus goal metric (original goal + bonus goal) has been added to the bar (it would be first in line, next to the logo).

B.ii. A golden shadow has been added to the logo and to the layer item name text.
Please refer to the screenshot below to see these changes on campaign page:
