Overview
We are happy to work with you for live-streaming events on the campaign page. Most campaigns have two different types of livestreams: live and pre-recorded.
Streaming a live video is good for a call center, game-show/raffle, and single lectures
Pre-recorded can be better for higher quality production, multiple lectures with international participants, and neater transitions
We are happy to assist in technical set-up; however, we do not help plan or set up the content of the stream. For content creation and filming services, we highly recommend hiring a professional videographer. Please ask your campaign manager for recommendations local to you.
NOTE: We do not HOST the video stream. You will need a third party like YouTube Live or Vimeo. Once the video link has been generated, we embed the code on the campaign page for an integrated viewing experience to bolster donations.
Livestreaming Banner (Ticker)
The banner lays over the live video and displays the live progress of the campaign donations (synced with campaign page) and displays the last 15 donations in a loop with the most recent one highlighted in yellow. If any donation have comments added to it, then it will be shown only for the most recent donation made.
Our design is only customizable in the following ways:
- Contact number, title color, text color, background color, "Donate Now" text, and your logo.
You are welcome to create your own banner design with a video production company, and we can send you the keys.
