Rally Events let you run a structured team-based fundraising event where participants sign up and compete toward a goal. The Rally Events screen lists all events on your account and lets you create, configure and publish them. Each event has its own public-facing event page, a configurable display layout, and a roster of event requests (teams).
This feature is available to users with the Client Admin role and the Rally Event User role.

Q: What is the difference between a Rally Event and a Campaign? A: A Campaign is your main fundraising page. A Rally Event is a structured team-based event that can be linked to a campaign. Teams register through rally event requests and each team has its own goal within the overall event.
Q: Can I have multiple rally events linked to the same campaign? A: Yes. Multiple rally events can be associated with the same campaign.
Q: Who can see the rally event page? A: Once published, the event page is publicly accessible at the Rally Event Slug URL. Anyone with the link can view it.
Q: What is the Rally Event User role? A: The Rally Event User is a limited-access role specifically for managing rally events and requests. Rally Event Users can access the Rally Events and Rally Event Requests screens but do not have access to other parts of the CauseMatch Dashboard.
