OJC Fund - Voucher Company

*OJC Fund supports only USD currency and has only one-time and recurring payment options.
*OJC accepts only specific cards only.
*Also the Card expiry date is supported in MMYY formal only on OJC checkout
What you need to do?
- We are now fully integrated with OJC Fund! To start using your OJC Fund Voucher for your upcoming campaign - please see below!
- 1. Please provide your Campaign Manager with the "Organization ID" of your OJC Fund Account. If you're unsure what your Org ID is, please call OJC at 718-599-1400 ext. 101.
- 2. Make sure you are able to access your OJC Fund account to confirm that you see our test donation and refund it. This is to ensure the integration has worked correctly.
- 3. Please be aware that any edits or changes to your OJC Fund account during the campaign will be completely under your jurisdiction. CauseMatch has no access to your OJC Fund account and therefore we cannot make any changes or edits.
Donation Refund Process
- You, the CLIENT, will be responsible for any donation edit/refunds! Once the donation edit/refund is done, you have to fill in the following form: Donation Edit Form.
- We will then make the respective changes, so that it is reflected on the campaign page as well.
Tax Receipt
The OJC Fund send their own separate tax deductible receipts - the donors can use these for accounting purposes.
