Phone System - Rishumon
About Rishumon
Rishumon system enables donors to donate and keep up to date with where the campaign is holding - all via phone.
The system has various extensions and custom functions. Below are some details:
- Donation extension: A phone transaction is registered in the system based on the amount, card number, expiration date, CVV, number of installments, and immediately broadcast to the credit company, and is updated on the campaign page.
- Donation via team: The system allows you to enter the phone number of a given team so that the donation is updated on the unique campaign page of the selected team.
- Campaign status update: There is an extension where you can hear the general campaign goal, amount raised and goal of a team based on his / her phone number. One can also get details of donations entered to his personal page - (donor name, donation amount, donor comment). The same is possible for campaigns that use “communities”.
- Human Response: You can configure extension number/s as a reference for a human call with outgoing calls. every minute = unit (price details below) billing per second. If you already have an IP switchboard, (requires advance coordination and access privileges between centers) you will be routed by IP, and then there will be no cost of outbound calls.
- Additional services: You can add extensions and menus of information about the campaign, Shiurim, campaign song, and the like for an additional fee.

Fees
Setup is 2000 NIS + VAT.
Additional services are priced separately.
Process
- Contact Risumon by email or phone to register and choose a service package.
- CauseMatch team will share with you the necessary details:
- Name of the campaign.
- Campaign POST ID.
- Terminal number (Yaad, MOG or Nedarim Plus).
- API key.
