• What you need to do?
  

• We are now fully integrated with Vouchers like The Donor's Fund! To start using The Donor's Fund Voucher for your upcoming campaign - please see below! 
  
  
• 1. Please provide your Campaign Manager with the "Account Number" of your Donor's Fund Account.
• 2. Make sure you are able to access your Donor's Fund account to confirm that you see our test donation and refund it. 
• This is to ensure the integration has worked correctly. 
  
  3. Please be aware that any edits or changes to your Donor's Fund Account, during the campaign will be completely under your jurisdiction. CauseMatch has no access to your Donor's Account & therefore we cannot make any changes or edits.

• Donation Refund Process
  

• You, the CLIENT, will be responsible for any donation edit/refunds! Once the donation edit/refund is done, you have to fill in the form shared below: 
  Donation Edit Form.
  
  And then we will make the respective changes, so that it is reflected on the campaign page as well.
