Using your Campaign Room

Overview

The campaign setup process is an extremely detailed journey, structured for your success! Because of the vast amount of resources we provide and all the details involved to make the best financial and creative decisions, we are using a tool called TeamAligned. Here, you will find everything you need to set up your campaign! You will be emailed a link to your room after the initial kick-off meeting with your Campaign Manager.

How To Use

Your TeamAligned Campaign room is split up into three tabs: Overview, Plan, and Documents.

Overview Tab

The Overview Tab is the first tab and has a wealth of resources and the campaign process overview. The first two embedded documents you will find are the Introduction Slides and the Campaign Roadmap. Please take the time to review these, because it helps visualize the path we will use to make your campaign a success!

In the Overview, you will also find links to your payment gateway setup in addition to knowledge base articles that help explain more information about the payment processing third-parties.

As the setup continues, we will continue adding resources in this tab- such as zoom recordings, coaching materials, and your dashboard credentials.

Last but not least,  there is a comment section for general inquiries and notes. When writing a comments, you can tag your campaign manager or team by typing "@" and then their email address. The person tagged will get an email notification to let them know their attention is needed. 

Plan Tab

The Plan tab is where you will be spending most of your time. In this tab, lives the campaign checklist of all the steps and verification tasks. You can click each task in order to open up the task details. In this Task "drawer", you will see links and files relevant to the task, a description, subtasks and comments (Comments in the Plan Tab work the same as in the Overview so people can be tagged).

Each task has the ability to be assigned someone and be assigned a "due date". Feel free to create your own tasks and assign your campaign manager!

Documents Tab

The Documents tab is the hub of your custom materials! It will quickly fill up over the course of setup and may includes things like last-years' analytics, your creative package, canva graphic links, and templates. 

Note: It may be invisible in the beginning, while it remains empty. But be sure to check back and you will see it quickly fill up with useful docs and templates.

If you have any questions on how to use your Campaign Room, please don't hesitate to reach out to your campaign manager! This tool is for your benefit, and while we encourage you to use it as much as possible, the main function is to keep you on task and your documents in one place.
