In order to receive ILS donations in Israel, a terminal must be used. A terminal is a link between the campaign page and the credit card provider (Sapak) of the organization. Through the YaadPay terminal, we can ensure a secure, fast, and easy online donating experience.
YaadPay offers a variety of solutions for credit card processing for campaigns:
Security - All of YaadPay's products are PCI Level 1 compliant.
Export reports and control.
Smart billing through the interface.
Automated and designed digital receipts.
Special offer for credit processing (Sapak).
Smart subscriptions module.
All solutions are connected to the YaadPay interface, and web reports can be accessed easily anywhere, at any time for credit processing, tracking, and control.
YaadPay servers are independent and owned by the company.
YaadPay connects to your accounts with credit card providers (Sapak) or, alternatively, to an existing account with UPAY.
Provide a payment method - either a credit card or a confirmation that a debit order was set up at the bank. Payment is for the costs of opening a terminal, system usage, and issuing receipts.
Indicate the campaign launch date and whether your supplier in Israel processes other currencies aside from ILS.
As soon as the form is completed you will receive a signed copy of your application form and the contract in your email.
A YaadPay representative will contact you to continue the process, define settings, and create a procedure for receipts.
Once logged in, navigate to the terminal settings menu option
You’ll reach this screen
Enter the URL of the client logo to be displayed on the payment page here
Once submitted, the image will show up like so:
Under the validation settings options, verify signature by payment page checkbox should be checked, and authentication method should be set to PassP, then add any desired password as the validation parameter (In the following screenshot it's “test123”).
Once done, it should look like this
In the Post-transaction reference address options, under success option, check the Success Address radio button, and in the Success Address input field below it enter the following URL, https://campaigns.causematch.com/api/donation/donate/callback
And under the failure option, check the Display the error on the payment page radio button, once done it should look like this
Copy the API Key and the terminal number [Masof ID] for setting up the payment gateway info in CauseMatch’s admin backend
Now click on the Save Settings button below and save the configuration
Now to set up the campaign page’s payment gateway info:
Paste the API Key and Terminal number copied earlier to the appropriate fields under the campaign’s backend dashboard Financial tab
Paste the PassP password parameter into the CauseMatch admin backend Password Parameter field Another field you’ll find here is the YaadPay Payment Description, the value entered here will be shown in the Invoice being sent to the donors and it’s also used to sort/filter transactions in the YaadPay dashboard (this helps in case the client runs multiple campaigns), this value must be kept short.
Post Campaign
The account is entirely yours! You have full access to your YaadPay account. You can continue to use the system or choose to stop working with it as soon as all charges are completed.
If you need support on accessing the data or exporting reports, you can contact the YaadPay customer service center.
Information is available on the database on the YaadPay website. Comprehensive system training is available for an additional fee.
The money will be transferred to your Bank account based on the agreement between you and your credit card provider. CauseMatch has no access to the money.
Important notes
It
is your responsibility to check and approve the receipt format and
information before the campaign starts. YaadPay will not take
responsibility for receipts if the receipt information was filled out
incorrectly.
Ideally, you should have an internet processing account with your credit card provider.
If no valid payment method was provided, YaadPay will not take responsibility for providing the service or opening a terminal.
If
there is an account with Visa CAL, you can work with Diners, If you
have an account with Isracard, you can work with American Express.
When
you open the terminal, you will receive a username and password to
access your YaadPay dashboard, where you can view all transactions,
export reports, issue receipts, and view donor information. You can also
export copies of receipts through the system.
It
is important to export all information (receipts and donor information)
before closing the terminal. Once closed, the information cannot be
recovered!
A
terminal that has not been used in three months will be blocked
automatically and will be subject to an additional fee for re-opening.
YaadPay
is a completely separate organization to CauseMatch and the agreement
is directly between the Org/Nonprofit and YaadPay. That being said, We
at CauseMatch are happy to advise and assist.
