Autofill Merge tag
Now you can ask your old donor to donate to your new campaign, with this new Merge tag, which make it more easier for the donor to fill in the details.
By adding this new merge tag - {{AUTOFILL_QUERY}} to your donor email, you will be enable to send your new campaign checkout page links to old donors with all details autofilled based on their past donation. It will contain all the checkout page information in them like first name, last name etc. So once the link is clicked these fields are automatically filled in the checkout page and donors just need to fill in the card details and complete the donation.

How to use {{AUTOFILL_QUERY}} tag
Step 1:
Click on “Donation Analytics” under the Analytics tab.
Step 2:
Select the campaign and the donation analytics of the campaign page will be displayed.
Step 3:
Now scroll down to the bottom and on the Donors section you will have the option to bulk select/ select each of the donation entries.
Step 4:
Once the donation entries are selected, the “Send message” button would become active and clickable.
Step 4:
Once you click "Send Message", a popup will show up. In the Email/SMS body content, go to the desired position where the link needs to be inserted and then click on the “Link” option as shown below.
Step 5:
After clicking the “Link” option, another popup will be displayed and you can update the “Display Text” (optional) and URL with respective campaign checkout page link along with {{AUTOFILL_QUERY}} merge tag as shown below.
Please avoid adding "/" in between the checkout page link and the {{AUTOFILL_QUERY}} merge tag
Step 6:
Now click “OK” button and you will see the Link added to the Email/SMS body content. You can click on the “Send message” button to send the message.
Note: Directly pasting the campaign checkout page link with {{AUTOFILL_QUERY}} merge tag in the Email/SMS body content won’t work.
