A Mystery Raffle Campaign is a raffle-style fundraising campaign where donors complete their donation without knowing the exact amount they will be charged.
Instead of selecting a donation amount, the donor completes the checkout process and an amount is automatically selected from a range configured for the campaign. The final amount is revealed only after the donation is completed.
Mystery Raffle campaigns support two raffle modes:
Random Amount
Unique Amount
Note: Mystery Raffle campaigns must be created by the CauseMatch team. Once the campaign has been created, you can manage and update the available settings from your dashboard.Mystery Raffle campaigns currently support USD and can use the following payment gateways:

Mystery Raffle campaigns currently use USD as the raffle currency.
You can choose between:
Random Amount
Unique Amount
With Random Amount, a donation amount is randomly selected from the range configured for the campaign.
The same amount can be selected more than once.
For example, if the raffle range is:
$1 – $360
one donor may be assigned $25 and another donor may also be assigned $25.
Because amounts can repeat, there is no fixed limit to the number of participants.
A default goal of $10,000 is initially used for Random Amount raffles. The goal can be overridden if needed.
With Unique Amount, each value within the configured range can only be used once.
For example, if the range is:
$1 – $365
there are 365 possible unique donation amounts.
Once an amount has been used, it cannot be assigned to another completed donation.
The goal is calculated using the sum of all values within the configured range.
For example:
Range: $1 – $11
Calculated Goal: $66
Once all available amounts have been used, the raffle is considered sold out.
Use Range Start and Range End to define the possible donation amounts for the raffle.
For example:
Range Start: $1
Range End: $360
The selected raffle mode determines how the values within this range are assigned to donors.
The Goal field displays the fundraising goal for the campaign.
The system calculates a goal based on the raffle configuration, and this value can be overridden when needed.
Use the Confetti toggle to enable or disable the confetti effect on the campaign.
The Raffle Draw section allows you to draw and view raffle winners.
Available options include:

Each completed raffle donation receives a raffle ticket number. The raffle ticket corresponds to the donation ID in the CauseMatch Dashboard and is used when drawing winners.
