Collecting Data on Checkout



During the checkout process, donors are asked to fill out information to process their credit card. However, as a non-profit, you may need more information than what is required for your accounting, book keeping, and future fundraisers.

Please see the below checkout field options and make sure to confirm with your Campaign Manager which fields should be enabled and/or mandatory for processing a donation! Fields with a star are required on all campaign pages for donation. There may be other required fields depending on the currency.

  1. Name* (can select to be anonymous)
  2. Name for tax receipt
  3. Email*
  4. Phone number
  5. Mailing Address
  6. ZIP code*
  7. Custom Drop-Down
  8. Custom Check Box
  9. Custom Text Box

Note- No sensitive data is stored. IE: credit card numbers, exp dates or CVVs or Identification Numbers (for Israeli donors). And absolutely NO information is shared with anyone outside the organization.
