Number Routing Is Available Now!



We now have enabled the Number Routing feature, so that all messages be reverted to the corresponding point person from Organization.

Using Messaging feature you can send out messages to different layer-items(for example ambassadors) from our dashboard, but now, their replies can be reverted to you with this Number routing system. This will enable you to reply back directly on their questions, comments and more, which is an essential need. This is enabled with a new phone number input in the message popup, that allows the Admins(CauseMatch team) to enter a phone number on behalf of the Organization. to which the replies will go send to, so that your organization can revert to them directly. 

Things to look out for:

  1. This feature is available under Peer to Peer dashboard, on the different layers tab in Analytics dashboard and for layer-items under Signup pages dashboard as well. 
  2. From client dashboard, one will be able to view the phone number in the message popup, but won’t be able to edit it. Inorder to avail this, please reach out to your Campaign manager so they can assist you accordingly.
  3. The organization phone number is not page specific. The number will be same for all pages under a campaign.
  4. This feature is available under Peer to Peer dashboard, on the different layers tab in analytics dashboard and for layer-items under signup pages dashboard as well.
  5. If no Organization number is provided while sending the messages, then the replies cannot be routed.
