Whatsapp Messaging, now available for Donors

We are now delighted to announce that Whatsapp feature is available for Donors as well.


Note:  
Whatsapp messaging to Donors is a premium feature, which may be restricted within your current package.

Please follow the following steps to access this feature through your dashboard.


Step 1:  Login to your dashboard using username and password.






Step 2
:  After logging into your dashboard, click on "Analytics" and then select “Donation Analytics”






Step 3: 
Select the right campaign from the dropdown.






Step 4:
Once you select the campaign, the donation analytics of the campaign page will be displayed.





Step 5
: Now scroll down to the bottom and on the Donors section you will have the option to bulk select each of the donation entries.






Step 6:
Once the donation entries are selected, the “Send message” button would become active and clickable.






Note:

*It will be possible to "Select all"/"Unselect All," "Send message" these selected donors in a bulk manner.

*The number of donors chosen will also be displayed next to the "Send message" button.

*The checkbox at the top of the page will allow you to select all of the donors from the first page. Hence, proceed to the next pages and select the donors from each one before proceeding to click on send message. Also, you will have the option to choose number of donors to be shown per page.





Step 7:

Once you click "Send Message", a popup will appear in which you can then select the email or SMS or Whatsapp feature as needed. To access the Whatsapp feature, click on Whatsapp option to proceed & then click on Send message to send the message to the selected donors.




Other Important Notes:
  1. You cannot customize the text that will be sent to the donors. But you can do select between Thank you message and Before Next campaign message templates available from the dropdown across the Choose Template.
  2. All the incoming messages from donors can be routed to a phone number provided. You can reach out to support@causematch.com to add the phone number to receive the replies from donors.
