Export a Donation Report

1. Login to your account using the username and password shared with you.
   
   

1. Click on  'Campaigns', then on ‘Donations’ and select ‘All Donations
   
   
   
   
2. Please select the campaign from the ‘Select campaign’ dropdown:
   
   
   
   

1. Once the campaign is selected, click on "Select export" as shown and click on the required export.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Donations Export: If you click on ‘Donations Export’ you will get a CSV file containing the list of all donations on the page.
   
   
3. Deleted Donations: To get a list containing the deleted donations please click on ‘Deleted Donations’ and you will receive a CSV file with the list of deleted donations.
   
   
4. Donors Export: You can view the unique donors from the 'Donors export'.  For example, when a donor makes a donation to 2 or more ambassadors, on the 'Donations Export' it will be shown in 2 or more separate rows. The 'Donors Export' will show the same donation in 1 row without listing the ambassadors to which the donation was made.
