We are thrilled to share some exciting updates to our dashboard, designed to enhance your experience and provide you with more control and convenience. Let's dive into the latest features:
1. Checkout URL with Pre-Filled Parameters
Now you can ask your old donor to donate to your new campaign with this new merge tag allowing a seamless donation process.
By adding this new merge tag - {{AUTOFILL_QUERY}} to your donor email, you will be able to send your new campaign checkout page links to old donors with all details auto-filled based on their past donation. It will contain all the checkout page information, like first name, last name, etc. So once the link is clicked, these fields are automatically filled out on the checkout page, and donors just need to fill in the card details and complete the donation.
2. Checkout Display Name vs. Receipt Name
To simplify the donor experience, we've made updates to the Display Name and Receipt Name options. Now, the first name and last name will be used as receipt data. We have introduced a 'Display a different name on the campaign page' toggle button, allowing for more consistency and clarity.
3. Login Tracking
Keeping track of user activity is crucial. That's why we've added a new column to the Users dashboard, allowing us to monitor the status, last login and the login failures for individual users.
4. Log In/Sign In with Google
Now, registered and active users can log in with their Google accounts by simply clicking the 'Sign in with Google' button on the login page.
Managing merge tags is now easier than ever. We have displayed them under the editor, making it convenient for you to use them across various areas of the dashboard.
6. Abandoned Donations for External Gateways
For enhanced donor engagement, abandoned donations are now implemented for all away flow gateways like Yaadpay, Tranzila, Meshulam, and Payfast.
