The “Send test email” functionality is available in the following areas:
Note: This is an example of sending a test email before sending it to the selected ambassadors from the Peer to Peer Tab.
1. Log in to the Dashboard: Once logged in, you’ll see a list of your campaigns.
2. Peer to Peer: After logging into your dashboard, click on "Campaign" and then select "Peer to Peer tab" and Select the campaign.
3. Send message: Once you have chosen the campaign, the ambassadors will be listed and you can choose the ambassadors and click on the “Send Message” button.
4. Adding Test email address: Once you click "Send Message", a popup will appear in which you can select the Email feature and at the bottom of the popup, you will have the option to enter an email address in the "Test Email Addresses" field for which you want to receive the test email. To add multiple email addresses, you can enter each email address and press Enter.
When you enter a test email in the "Test Email Address" field, the "Send Message" button will be disabled.
The "Send Test Message" button will remain disabled if no email address is entered in the "Test Email Address" field.
5. Sending Test email: “Test emails queued successfully for {{EMAIL_ADDRESSES}}” message is shown for a couple of seconds after sending a test email. The used email addresses will be displayed as “Previously used:”. These will be available to add easily with one click. Once the popup is closed, previously used email addresses will no longer appear when the 'Send Message' popup is reopened.

Test emails can be sent to multiple recipients.
Test emails can be sent with different “From” address.
